Mint, lime, fizz. Cuban summer in a glass.
- 50 ml Steel City Rum®
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 25 ml lime juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- Soda water
Muddle mint with sugar and lime in a tall glass. Add rum and crushed ice. Top with soda. Stir.
From the Daiquiri
The Sour Un.
Three ingredients. Rum, lime, sugar.
- 60 ml Steel City Rum®
- 25 ml lime juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
Shake hard with ice. Double-strain into a coupe. No garnish.
From the Piña Colada
The Tropical Un.
Coconut and pineapple. Don't fight it.
- 50 ml Steel City Rum®
- 75 ml pineapple juice
- 30 ml coconut cream
- Pineapple wedge
Blend with crushed ice until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with pineapple.

Layered, almond, citrus. Tiki done right.
- 30 ml light Steel City Rum®
- 30 ml dark Steel City Rum®
- 15 ml orange curaçao
- 15 ml orgeat
- 25 ml lime juice
Shake with ice. Strain over fresh crushed ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with mint and lime.
From the Dark 'n Stormy

Dark rum, ginger beer, lime. Heat.
- 50 ml dark Steel City Rum®
- Ginger beer
- Lime wedge
Build over ice in a tall glass. Top with ginger beer. Squeeze lime.
From the Cuba Libre

Rum, cola, lime. Honest.
- 50 ml Steel City Rum®
- Cola
- Lime wedge
Build over ice in a tall glass. Top with cola. Squeeze lime.
From the Hurricane
The Wild Un.
Multi-rum, passion fruit, citrus. New Orleans.
- 30 ml light Steel City Rum®
- 30 ml dark Steel City Rum®
- 30 ml passion fruit puree
- 20 ml lime juice
- 10 ml grenadine
Shake with ice. Strain over crushed ice in a hurricane glass. Garnish with orange and cherry.
From the Painkiller
Reyt Tonic.
Pineapple, orange, coconut, nutmeg over the top.
- 60 ml Steel City Rum®
- 60 ml pineapple juice
- 30 ml orange juice
- 30 ml coconut cream
- Fresh nutmeg
Shake with ice. Pour into a tall glass over fresh ice. Grate nutmeg generously over the top.
From the Rum Old Fashioned
The Old Un.
Rum, sugar, bitters, orange peel.
- 60 ml Steel City Rum®
- 5 ml sugar syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
Stir over a single large ice cube. Express the orange peel and drop in.
From the Hemingway Daiquiri
The Dry Un.
Grapefruit, maraschino. Less sweet, more bite.
- 50 ml Steel City Rum®
- 20 ml grapefruit juice
- 10 ml maraschino
- 15 ml lime juice
Shake hard with ice. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
From the Caipirinha
The Lime Un.
Crushed lime, sugar, ice. Cachaça in spirit, rum in our hands.
- 60 ml Steel City Rum®
- 1 lime, quartered
- 2 tsp sugar
Muddle lime and sugar in a rocks glass. Add rum and crushed ice. Stir.

Rum, Campari, pineapple, lime. Tropical bitter.
- 45 ml Steel City Rum®
- 15 ml Campari
- 45 ml pineapple juice
- 15 ml lime juice
